Thinking of getting another bus

Right after Thanksgiving I was on I35 heading North in Kansas and see 4-5 school buses towing another bus behind them (heading south) they were the flat nose type bus and I assume were diesel?

Anyways thats what I need a bus that will tow another bus, actually I want to buy a enclosed trailer (about 20' long) and tow about 7000 lbs total coast to coast, I want something that will work well in higher elevations, my current bus is a 76 passenger BlueBird with the 366 gas engine and allison 545 trans..

Suggestions?

My current bus is 35' long bumper to bumper I want its replacement to be as short or shorter if possible.

Like everybody else I want CHEAP as possible lol

Thanks in advance..
