VIN Location? - '04 International RE3000

Hoping someone can help me out here.

I've got an '04 International RE3000 (Flat nose pusher). I know there is a VIN located above the drivers seat on a sticker, but I'm planning on removing that sheet metal so I can, at the very least, insulate behind it.

I am unable to locate any other VIN on the vehicle and I don't like the idea of removing the only known VIN.

I've searched:
Dash all around the glass as I've always seen cars have them

All compartments inside the bus (glove boxes, above door)

All known compartments outside the bus (wiper fluid, wiper motor, fuse box, fuel, engine bay, battery bay)
I've searched, best I can, inside the engine compartment, but haven't seen anything that resembles a VIN. Though, I suppose it would be easy to overlook something covered in a thin layer of oil and dirt to make it blend in with literally everything else.

Does anyone have any knowledge of where this thing is? Or if it even exists?

I assume you meant under the bus? I went crawling and found nothing. Can you be more specific?

When you open the side door to access the engine, on the side of the frame, if front of you. No need to crawl under it.

Interesting. Ok.

I did check there as well and I did find lettering/numbering, but it wasn't a VIN. It was another number.

I'm not sure what that is, but it doesn't match any part of the VIN.

take it down and put it back up.
your insurance and registration will have your name and the VIN on them and you can copy the title in your name and keep with that as well.
take a pic before you take it down and a pic after its put back up showing you did both and print them as well if you are that concerned.

Strange. On mine, the third line shows the 8 last digits of the VIN.

Nope... No idea where it is. I did eventually take out the front sheet metal and cut out all the paper items so they are still intact on the metal. I then made a simple frame and "framed" that piece of metal. Then stuck it back up right where it was originally.

I even had the Ohio State VIN inspector come out and try to locate a 2nd VIN. No luck.

I'm not sure a 2nd one exists...
