Visual Identification of Bus Interior Ceiling Height

I would like to help facilitate compiling a thread here that is targeted at how to identify the ceiling height inside a school bus based on exterior features. I have heard a few schools of thought about this in various threads, but there does not seem to be a one stop reference for this.

If everyone that has a Skoolie currently can post a side shot of the bus, the interior ceiling height and the make/model/year, I will help catalog them and create a reference guide of some kind.

Examples of things that I have read but not confirmed for exterior determination of ceiling height.

- square vs rectangular windows, indicate higher ceiling height
- drivers window not aligning with other window tops
- sloped or slanted front and rear caps

I would like to focus on the most common bus brands (Thomas, Bluebird, IC, International) from 1995-2005.
