Doesn't look like the front skis will stay down on a lake much. Looks like it needs air boat rudders or at least steerable fins for directional control.
I dig the style, though. You would need a knee-length coat, handlebar mustache, driving gloves, and Snoopy vs. Red Baron leather helmet and goggles to complete the look. That and an appropriatly contemptuous sneer for those riding lesser machines as you pass them. Snidely Whiplash would fit right into it.
