What do you feel is a fair price?
How much of a premium do you think having seats removed, strip to subfloor, and insulation added demands? So effectively a blank slate. For the sake of argument, say the unmodified bus was 4K?

Honestly, about a wash. If it was spray in insulation, quite possibly a bit of a premium, though.

I'd pay more for a bus straight out of service than from an individual.
Taking the seats and stuff out is half the fun!
