Arrow Which one would you choose?

I'm looking at two shuttle buses for conversion.

One is a 1998 Ford 7.3l diesel w. 170k miles on it. Private owner for the last 8 years and used as a toy (dirt bike hauler). Currently on the road, runs/drives fine, good tires, minimal rust, but needs a few mechanical items to get the rear AC running and could use a fresh battery. $4,000

Next, a 2001 Champion 6.5 diesel w low 41k miles, new battery, new tires. Runs and drives well with everything working. I've read differing thoughts on the 6.5 engine though. $5500

Your thoughts?

I would take a 7.3L over a 6.5L any day.
