WTH is a "Skokie"?

I keep seeing 'skokie' in newbies' post... WTH is a 'skokie'? Slang for people who can't be bothered to say 'skoolie' right?

I think Sehnsuct is right... There is indeed a town in IL called Skokie. WTF. I would not want to live there... I can imagine the odd looks, questions, and flat-out frustration trying to make others understand.

A skokie is a cookie made in a skoolie. Oh wait, that's a skookie. Oops!
