Nice find! I don't want to be a low baller because it looks great, but do you think it's worth the full $6,500? I was hoping something along the lines of $5000.. I'm taking quotes on conversions now. Have you heard of any SoCal guys who do a good conversion while still.. affordable? I'm really really hoping if I can get this done all the way under $18k.
