| Found out Butyl tape is putty tape, but, not all putty tape is butyl! Thank god found out before all widows done. Read that putty tape tears with irregular edge. Will dry out and weather quickly. Butyl tears with long string, will stay malleable and withstand weather much longer. Still chasing leaks after all that though! |
