1996 International 3800 School Bus

Better picture with all the windows back in.

Another picture of the diamond plate floor

Installed the first section of the diamond plate.

Bought a 3/16" thick 4'X8" aluminum diamond plate sheet for the floor in front of the bus.

Last of the painted heater boxes.

Clean painted heater box.

perfect looking heater box.

nice looking heater box.

More sanded and painted heater boxes.

Heater boxes all sanded down and painted.

Subfloor all in.

After waiting 2 days for the floor to dry I started to install the subfloor.

Painted floors.

Floors all painted.

Started paint the short walls with Rustoleum Hunter green paint.

All the seat holes were filled with dome rivets purchased from Byler Rivets.

The floors were sanded down and all surface rust was taken care of with OSPHO. They were then wiped down with PREP ALL to get ready for paint

Rear bumper painted.

Rear bumper sanded down.

Hood straps back in and 3800 plate reinstalled.

Front grill painted with satin black grill paint and the lead lights and directional reinstalled.

Original lens used but the lights were replace with LEDs

Side marker LEDs

All rear lights in and all were replaced with LEDs.
