Hey man, I am actually considering buying the same model I think. Its a 92 International Harvester Diesel Engine Full-size bus. The thing is that there are a few things that were brought to my attention that I didn't really think to deeply on that I am seeking you for some advice. 1) Did you ever drive a bus before buying yours and what is it like driving the bus on a daily basis? 2) I was told that diesel engines are very expensive to work on and engines older than a 95 have a lot of problems, what has been your experience with this one? Any insight is appreciated.
Quick question for you. Did you register your bus as a RV in minnesota? We got RV plates and tabs for ours at the local dmv office no problem when we purchased the bus. But now (2 months later) got a letter and card from the dmv saying registration has been suspended and it cannot be titled until we send a letter stating that it has the requirements of an RV. Just wondering if you have been thru this process and what all you had to do to prove to them it was a RV.
"Hello there, I am a reality TV casting producer at Crybaby Media in NYC. A TV network has asked us to look into companies that are in experts in designing/building amazing small spaces that enhance residential properties.
This team would take existing structures (school buses, boats, train cars, shipping containers, airstreams, really anything!) and convert them into innovative, unique living spaces. That being said, even if you build breathtaking structures from the ground up (such as small cabins, or tiny homes) we are still interested in speaking with you!
We are ideally looking for a team that consists of a man and a woman (brother/sister, husband/wife, etc.) but are open to other options.
If you are interested, or know of someone who would be, please email me at jonnyb (at) crybaby-media (dot) com.
