As far as I can see from the video she sent me of it starting the gear shift reads R, N, D, 3, 2, 1,. I can't actually see the 3 but that is my guess. As soon as she lets me know for sure I will let you know.
I know you are bidding on one of the TN buses from Wayne county(the cheaper 2003 buses in TN). When I was looking at the pictures, the tires seemed to be pretty worn. From what you know, will the tires need to be replaced on that bus? Do you feel those buses at around $2,000 plus tires are worth it? For me there would also be the cross country commute.

I don't know about the round vs square... I don't think it matters as long as you're willing to make it work. Square would be easier to work with I think.
