L'Amour Gitan Build
And so it begins. The conversion of a 53 passenger 2001 Thomas / Freightliner bus into our L'Amour Gitan.
Rubber vibration damper. All panels have grounding via ground wire.
PV panels are bolted from the bottom and clamped from the top.

PV frame rack. With all the mounting points, I don't think they will go anywhere they aren't suppose to.

Oh, Look. I see a little rust by the wheel wells.
Its not THAT bad. Right?
I think some rust restorer will fix that up right as rain.
I needed to shine some more light on the situation.
Now there is less rust.
I think the bus was ,at one time, submerged in clay/mud. The wheels were packed with it right up to the brake drums.
