your round connector under the dash should be 9 pin which hopefully has both the EC< and TCM data on it.. your DOC should connect as J1939 to it.. (you can try the auto connect and see if its detected).. im not familiar with removing the grey connector from the TCM and plugging in

its DOC 2017 or 2018 that im using.. its one "found on the internet".. I run it on a windows 10 machine (it wont run in a VM)
