Hi there, How are you doing? I'm doing okay, still trying to get my "Pit Stop" cleaned out and ready for an overhaul and I bought a 1976 Prowler travel trailer that started out looking okay, but by the time we finish getting all the bits & pieces it needs I'll have paid for it twice or more. Bought flooring today and had to special order panels to fix the bathroom. The last person to use that trailer goofed and let the plumbing freeze up and we're finding a LOT of water damage, more than you'd expect, even in a trailer that old. Some is from leaks, some is from the freeze-up and most of it is from the shower drowning the bathroom floor. Come Monday or Tuesday there will be 4 of us working on it, we want to get some of the serious leaks fixed before bad weather hits up here on Vancouver Island. Hope all is well with you. Things are pretty good here, beautiful sunny but cold day here. Take Care

Hi, how are you? I've been out of the loop for a while but am planning to do more on the forums now as my project is stalled (read my checking in post) Take Care, Cheers, Yugogypsy (Lois)

I love your bus. I just got a 1991 Bluebird RE. Even the paint job is the same color scheme.

Greetings!! I am curious if you are aware of conversations about developing a wiki for all of the various stages of bus conversion? If not, who here on the boards would be the person to discuss setting one up? I would be happy to setup and moderate. I have setup many and they are for the most part, self regulating. Always enjoy your feedback on posts. Thanks for helping all the newbies!

I totally hear you, levers are good. Haven't looked into it yet. I've been tying up stuff I started and still needing to finish before beginning a new project. Sometimes my ADD gets the upper hand and I get a bunch of stuff started and none of it actually finished. Trying to change that a bit so I can clean the shop before opening another "box of diversions".

    Hi!

I have just acquired an RV Bus in Massachusetts and I am driving it to San Diego over a month. About 200 mi per day.

I would like to ask you about any recommendations to go.
I am taking it to a preventive maintenance and since I am new to buses It would be great to have some specific info about the CAT 3116 I have.

Yesterday I drove it and I loved it. So smooth ride, yet a bit slow but thats ok for me. 55mph max

I had some white smoke yesterday once during the 100 miles ride.

The first and most important thing is I am installing a battery isolator. I have already 4 deep cyclebatteries and would like to know if you have done this or know what type of alternator it has Delcotron or CS130-D Series or more precisely, in which group would fit best of the next 4 group options described in this instruction manual
