Newbie in tn

Hi everyone my name is Jason and I've been researching sloppiest for about two months now. I'm in the process of deciding on which bus and size I plan on picking out for a family of 3. I'm looking forward to sharing my work with all the members on here. Thanks

Was looking around for a bus this size and was wondering if this bus was worth the asking price.

2000 Blue Bird bus one owner very rare size 5.9 auto cold air 143K

EastCoastCB 08-27-2016 05:00 PM

Worth maybe half the asking price if its MINT.

Agreed. Very clean and low miles, but the price is still at least double compared to what I've seen in my 6 month search.

See if you can get the vin#... If it passed through govdeals or something like that, you can see if the guy is trying to double his money...
Another member found mine like that.

My 2 cents

Ok so I looked around and found about 8, 6 window buses in north ga. I called and was talking with the seller and he said he had a 7 window with a handicap door on back, it has and air conditioner, but I'm not sure how well it is gonna workout in the skoolie setup. It has a dt466e and a md3060 transmission, I've read that this is a pretty good setup. I would defiantly appreciate any advice or comments you guys have. And it is a better price range.

Where at?? LOL.. I'm in Asheville (45 min from North GA.) and looking for a short wheelchair lift bus.

Alvinporter 09-01-2016 09:09 AM

So this is a pretty god bus was originally looking for a flat nose short bus. I like the idea of looking right at the road instead of at a hood.

Alvinporter 09-04-2016 09:46 PM

ok soy the bus i put a bid in on was posted on craigslist a day after i put in a bid. it was a private sale and i didn't even get a counter bid. So now I've set my sights on a CL bus here in Nashville. Would appreciate thoughts about this.1997 FORD F800 CUMMINS RV / BUS................SELL/TRADE.

EastCoastCB 09-05-2016 07:12 AM

Looks like a $2500 bus on a good day to me.
