B700/Thomas Ceiling

:dance::dance::dance:

Just noticed on my Ford/Thomas that the ceiling panels are held with Screws not Rivets.

I noticed that on my 1991 B700 as well.

Same goes for my 1999 MVP: Sheet metal #10 at ⅝", truss head Phillips. They will be replaced with Robertsons.

What I meant to say:
Quote:

Same goes for my 1999 MVP: sheet metal #10 at ⅝", truss Robertson/Phillips combination heads, same as on the body exterior. Robertsons do not require an impact driver and will save time. (They will still be replaced with stainless, though.)

You guys are going to miss all the fun of doing rivets. You got to wonder how all those screws stay in there for however many years old your bus is. I always have a loose screw somewhere, not necessarily metaphorically speaking.
