Very simple build
- remove flooring, install foam board insulation, OSB board, vinyl sheet flooring
- keep walls as-is (after checking for leaks - fix as needed)
- remove ceiling panels to clear out 24yo manky insulation, install backed fiberglass insulation, re-use ceiling panels add metal strips to join as needed
- add 1" foam board insulation to walls, overlay with plywood panels, frame out windows, paint white with matte black highlights

Re-use current bricks & sticks furniture that isn't going to storage
- queen size bed
- IKEA Kallax cube shelf
- IKEA 2-seater sofa (modify legs to fit)
- IKEA Kallax cubes (4x) as platform for bed
- bed slats - use 2x4s to make rigid add gas struts to lift to access underneath bed area

3 tasks identified by mechanic:
- fix low level coolant indicator
- fix sticky transmission gear
- fix glow bulb
- change all fluids
- delete un-needed electricals with school bus mechanic help
