Hmmm, i can see foregoing the roof raise because that seems like the most time consuming thing to me. I'm not so sure i would skip the insulation tho. A roof top lounge in on my wish list too haha.

Thanks for the advice guys. It's too far away to inspect thoroughly :-( I'll pass on this one. I couldn't run the risk of the "soft spots" in the floor being rusted through. :Thanx:
