Why do you think that air is being sucked out of the bus? A window AC doesn't suck outside air in. Inside air stays inside and vice versa.

Internet says the C4500 with the Allison 1000 5/6 speed were limited to 26,000 GCWR. So you'd need the bus to be really light to be within that limit.

Happens is RVs all the time. For example, the Winnebago serial number won't match the Ford affixed chassis VIN.
