I am honestly still using a "temporary" solution... I have a 2x4 that I wedge between the first stair and the door to keep in locked. I enter and exit through the back door, and have a pad lock on...

My bus is 36' overall. It's perfect, in my opinion - and I LOVE the flat nose. I was skeptical at first because of the look, but I am sold. I love it!
