Help Locating 2003 Thomas ECM

Does anyone know where the ECM is located on a 2003 Thomas flat nose? Or if there even is an ECM? I'm unsure if this is all mechanical or not.

We have a 27’ 2003 Thomas EF with a short wheel base. Because of this, I don’t want anything hanging too low off the back of the bus due to it likely hitting the ground when starting up hills.
