If you had the desire to make it more "upscale" you could use luxury vinyl plank flooring, which is supposed to be waterproof. That's what we plan on using for our bus.

Steve misspoke (mis-typed?) - you would have a 12V 208ah bank because those are each 6V batteries. Wired in series the voltage increases, but the capacity remains the same.
