It has sound panels in the celing (Millions of little holes in the celing) it really keeps the noise down.

Did you remove any of the windows and put sheet metal in it's place?

I think that you would have a very hard time getting the paint to stick to plastic, but if you had metal one you might have a better chance. But I would think that would take a lot of work to paint...
