Is there a way to know for sure the starter is the cause of so low RPM ?

Both solenoid & rotor ohm out at 0.03 .. :/

Tried them two days ago on a weak battery, popped and spinned right out !...

Cant get any phone app to communicate with either obd2 adapters i found .. :’(

Edit: Connection made (had to restart phone & replug the adapter) !!! Hopefully will have some relevant data soon !

Parked in a chilly spot so if something is wrong with them cells, should read it on...

After checking all the battery and starter bolts...

After checking all the battery and starter bolts were tight, still hard to crank.

I did notice my fuel gauge drops of a 1/4 tank every crankshaft turn.
