Voltage regulators will reduce output voltage when they start to fail. Do a resistance check on it to see if it is still good

Diesel smell

My bus, just purchased, does not have that diesel stink and I would like to know why. Is it due to the ULSD gas or an additive?

I just purchased a 2009 Bluebird FE with recent service and new tires for $8,600 out the door. I felt the servicing and tires were worth the additional money. Bus has 159k miles and is 30 ft bumper...
