The interior will almost certainly be completely replaced.
The exterior has some rust/bubbling paint at both end caps and needs to be repainted.

My biggest issue with it is that it has a top speed of 60 - 65 mph. That's it. I am trying to find out about swapping...

I am about to start a conversion....and I think I have found the bus to use.

It is a 1991 Thomas MVP 78 PAX
It has the 8.3 Cummins Turbo
Allison 643 5 speed with locking...
