Thomas flat front FE, so it has the swing out doors the wipers are mounted on. The arms are all pretty buggered up so that when I turn on the wiper, it works until I am driving, then it wraps around...

I think RWC is a road worthiness test. Looks at lights, horn, turn signals, mirrors, etc. I did the same thing here, only it was called "have a cop come and have a cursory look at your contraption...
