PSR- Putty Sand, Repeat. I feel your pain, it's such fun even when working with styrene models. Especially when there are huge gaps because of crappy moldmaking or age of the kit. :banghead:

I build plastic models, and use an ABS cement (Plasti-weld) on the parts. Nice, easy to work with, runs between the seams through capillary action, and lets you fine-tune while setting.
