I didn't want to have to crank up the engine to heat the interior so the old system had to go. I'll engineer an efficient way to handle defrosting.

I am doing the conversion in phases, you know, due to lack of budget. :o Liveable by April is the mantra.

Just took possession of my 1982 Carpenter school bus. Right around 32' interior, bought it for $1,000 from a local boy scout troop where it was purchased and maintained by the local retired...
