We order all ours with air bags on the rear axle....

We order all ours with air bags on the rear axle. Kinda bouncy when empty but when you get 20+ adult bodies on board the ride is really smooth

Our entire fleet at work is FE Bluebird All Americans. While they're nice, the engine noise/heat gets old after awhile. The newer ones (2013+) are quieter but still loud enough to be tiring.
