I believe the PSI is 65 on the electric pump.. on the mechanical pump, the early versions were built with a 47 PSI spring, the #8 injector would bottom out at times so they produced a 72 PSI...

RE: heater.. in a cutaway bus like yours, it may just be tied into the Van's Heating system. someplace under the hood you should find a couple T fittings where you see existing rubber heater hoses.....
