Help! Just tried to start up my bus and it won’t start. I started it up about a month ago and it had similar trouble starting but eventually kicked in and ran for a few hours. Now it won’t start at all. See video here. Any ideas?

Hello all, Our 7.3 seems to be eating and flinging oil. It's a rear engine. There is also oil in the coolant reservoir tank. We are trying to find a decent diesel mechanic in the Spokane area. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance. -William
