The title of that add is a little misleading. He's asking $800 plus you pay the impound fees.

$800+$600 in impound fees = $1,400.00

For an 81 bus that won't start...

Yeah, I'd keep looking for a different bus. It might be worth it if you paid the impound fees which are probably $700 by now, and that guy didn't have to deal with it anymore. A starting problem can't be all that hard to figure out.

The guy has edited the ad once again. The price is now $450.00 with a $740.00 impound fee. There is a chance a deal could be had here with a bit of dickering.
