1989 Metrotrans Ford E-350 shuttle bus

Hello all!
This is my first post and question (I am sure I’ll have many more) for the new bus my husband and I purchased. My husband and I purchased a 1989 ford E-350 shuttle bus. Our first step is to removed the seats. We aren’t sure how exactly they are mounted. I will add a photo for reference. Any tips for easier removal or how to remove them at all?

Looks like bolts through the floor. You will need to put a wrench on the nuts under the bus and turn the bolts from topside, or vise-versa.
