sorry fellas i just picked this bus up a few weeks back, in its current state i'm redoing the interior of the bus as we speak but have a problem with the air brakes, is there any schematics that I could get that show the underside of the bus?

what are you looking for? I have a service parts catalog that came with my 91 bluebird tc2000, I could scan a page or 2 for ya.

this looks like it might be it...

I came into this piece of the thread late, but are you SURE you have unimpeded lines to the tank? If it is dumping out the exhaust, it could be that it has pressurized the line to the max (120 psi or whatever) and then all the rest is SUPPOSED to go out the dump side. If you take the line loose going INTO the tank, will air go through? If not, and you take the line off in the engine compartment, can you use a shop compressor to blow backwards through it?

I'm sure you have thought about it - I'm just pointing out the obvious. We all KNOW that there is no way you could get a clog in the middle of a line with no valves, etc, right? (Been there.... done that.... wasted days and lots of good swear words).
