Hello my name is Brandon and I’m from Virginia Beach, Virginia and I just recently bought my first vista, she’s a 1994 international Thomas vista (pug nose with 11 windows) with a dt466 engine and a At545 transmission in it it roughly 238,000 miles (the dash says) and is was already gutted when I got it. Supposibly the bus has been taken care of since June 2022 when the church gave it to the guy I bought it from for doing some work on the church, well the bus got me and my girlfreind back to Virginia Beach from North Carolina where we got the bus and it was a smooth ride, had to keep the speed around 50mph without going over 25-2600 rpm’s as I know these transmissions can over heat if dogged! She did really good the whole way and sounded good I even had a expert on vistas check it out on my way home and supposibly I got a steal for $3000! So I am happy with my purchase. Now I got this bus for me and my girlfriend to travel the country in (maybe out once we get our passports) but if anybody has advice on these busses please feel free to tell me and write me things to look out for and things to do to keep this baby top notch!
