It's been almost a year since we purchased this from a local school district, and it doesn't look like we're going to do anything more than take a few short trips around the block for fun. Wanted to do the conversion thing, saw some awesome examples, but other stuff has come along and time and funds need to go toward them.
Purchased this gem in October of 2023 from a local school district.
Got some maintenance history, but nothing more than basics (oil changes and tires kinda stuff)
We licensed it as an RV here in Washington state. I have it insured as such, and it's legal to operate.
It's parked under cover year round (one year here).

Air Brakes - stops great
New batteries
Tires are ok.
All the glass is perfect.
Chair Lift in back works perfect (told it's rated at 800lbs?)
Everything works.
Owned by school district and was in service when we bought it.
It's located in Yelm, WA
Asking $4,250
No trades (except for '67 Chevelle SS396 4sp)
