1998 Thomas Vista school bus
International T444e diesel motor (essentially same as 7.3 ford)
Allison AT545 transmission; Air conditioner; Cruise Control; 212K miles
Purchased in 1998 from Mesa, Arizona schools- no rust
The hard work is done! Ready for your interior design! Work completed- New exterior painted, new seals and lenses on running lights and warning lights; side windows removed and resealed. Interior stripped of metal panels, original flooring and insulation. 2” spray foam insulation in roof, 2” rigid foam in walls. 1” rigid foam on floor with new ½” plywood over. Engine noise reduction- lizard skin spray on sound dampener. 2 layers foam barrier- one in engine doghouse, one under custom wood engine cover; Rebuilt entry door to be hinged one side with locking handle. Relocated rear A/C unit to passenger side for better air flow; Pine T&G ceiling; Maxxair Fan; Factory tinted windows. I hate to sell after so much (unpaid) work but our limited vacation time dictates another route.
Good running condition but needs a set of tires.
22’ overall length. Fits in parking space-almost. 15’ x 7’-6” behind driver’s seat. 6’-4” headroom. Easy to drive. Will run 65 but prefers 58-60mph. Excellent turning radius.

$9950 Not trying to making a buck, just covering my costs

It is not. In my state, you need to have a number of RV items installed before titling as an RV: Bed, stove, heat, etc. Once those are in you can apply for RV. It is currently a "bus".
