1999 Ford E-350 Collins Short Bus

What’s good you guys?

Went to go look at the above truck today...liked it...but engine died/check engine light went on while testing

Overall engine is good (7.3L PowerStroke), 265k though

Is this about the time these engines get rebuilt?

Seller was willing to drop from $3900 to $3500 but I needed to think about it some more

What do you guys think?

Too many miles. These engines are awesome, but those miles = close to rebuild time. It could go another 300k, but who knows?
