2002 Freightliner: SAE or Metric?

I recently bought a 2002 Freightliner/Thomas with a 5.9 Cummins engine. Thrilled to pieces!

But I haven't had time to dig into it much. I do know that the instrument cluster is held on with T25 Torx screws... but is the rest of the bus metric or SAE? (The seats are held on with half-inch bolts... or are they 13mm?)
