We made a sincere effort, and in spite of our general lack of expertise and work ethic, I think that we made something semi-respectable that was sufficient for one brief trip last summer. However, we eventually had to call it quits at around 75% completion, and now it's rotting in our driveway, mocking us silently. We're looking for someone to take this off our hands, preferably someone who is technically proficient, ambitious, and interested in building off what we have started.

Asking Price: $16,000 or best offer
Location: Southern New Jersey

PM me if you would like see additional images and video tours.
