This Freightliner MT-55 Step Van was a mobile clinic for the city of Austin Texas but was used very lightly- low miles and hours. And not in a rust belt state-
Fires right up and runs perfectly.
This would be the perfect custom RV with very little work... like literally remove 2 walls... and maybe add a shower.
Has a 10 foot slide out to give you more square footage when parked.
20kw custom generator provides all the power needed, or can run on the house batteries, or plug into shore power.
Completely plumbed with water, electric, and communications.
