Bus was originally used and purchased from Birmingham AL school system and maintained under fleet maintenance
Before construction began bus was taken to Big Moe near six flags over GA for a complete inspection. Replaced all rear end bushings, fasteners, replace air proportioning valve. Construction began once bus was returned from Big Moes in February 2020.
Rear deck was custom fabricated and installed by first class welding shop in Marietta, Ga. rear deck is 6’ off rear of bus with easy access from rear steps and grab bar.
Inside was completely gutted and inspected before build out, no rust was found. Interior walls are well insulated as some rear windows were removed, foam insulation installed and paneling installed on top.
Entry door and rear door at bathroom are completely custom fit to openings in bus where original doors were removed. Doors do not sag or drag and front door is tinted. Rv style lighting over rear and front door
Interior floor is brand new and installed with all appropriate trim
Walls have shiplap, with accent walls with reclaimed wood
