2006 Thomas HDX overheating issue w control valve

Does anyone have a wiring diagram or general knowledge of the control valve for my hydraulic fan? I can tell the fan is not getting up to the full speed and not sure if I can bypass or hotwire the control valve as I'm not able to find a replacement.

I found this wiring diagram for an MBE-906, but it is on a 2015 engine...
