I would leave them. They look to be made for the purpose of covering wiring. Add to that the hassle of disassembling half the roof to remove them...

Someone may have already said this, but can you cut the sheet metal down each side of the brackets and remove the ceiling panels. Then try to get a cut off wheel on the fasteners?

I bought some powered hand shears from harbor freight and it cuts through Sheet metal like butter. You just need a good sized hole or an edge to get the cut started.
