New brakes, new rear struts, new battery, new Westinghouse 2500w gas generator/inverter, barely used Bluetti AC 200P inverter with 480w solar panels. Panasonic microwave. Portable refrigerator/freezer. New Nature Head composting toilet. Foot pump sink. Sofas pull out into a bed 72"x90". Great camper / rv for beach camping or off grid. Short enough to park in any space. 22.5ft long. Very clean bus. Spent a couple of days in Yosemite and Grand Canyon dry camping with no issue. Bus runs strong, currently registered as RV in California until December 2021, clean title in my name. Asking $16,000. Thank you

Hi,
These are all approximate, length 272 inches, width 96 inches and height is 100 inches. I don't have access to a scale but this is what on the sticker in the bus: GVWR 5581KG and Unladen weight 3854KG. Hope this helps.
