New member here and just wanted to say hi and thanks for all the information you folks have submitted.
I bought my first bus recently, a 2008 ford giradin body. It's a v10 with fairly low miles. I'm currently trying trying to fix all the leaks I'm finding now that rain has begun here in the PNW. There are a couple small window leaks but I think I can resolve those with some caulking on the exterior.
I pulled the plywood and rear wall panels to discover all the rear lights are leaking into the bus. The 7" lights have a foam gasket with a giant hole for wires to go through. These don't seem to be do anything to seal. What have others done to fix this?
The past few mornings have been below freezing here and I am now noticing condensation on the ceiling, see pic. Will removing the ceiling and redoing the insulation stop this? If so any tips on how to remove the long aluminum rails on the seams? It doesn't seem to budge at all when I try to pry on it and there are no visible fasteners.

Thanks in advance
Justin

I am also having some major leakage on the rear emergency exit door. I replaced the weatherstrip but didn't help much. The door appears to be a bit bent when I put a straight edge on it so I may have to figure out how to straighten that out.

For the rear lights, pull them and put a bead of caulk around them…. Did this to my overhead flashers and it helped…
