~ $35k OBO! Looking for Cash or Cashier's Check, no trades, and not accepting payments. I'm basically selling this as a started "Skoolie Kit" with all the fixings for the inside, including a more than sufficient solar setup! All you'd have to do is decide on a floor plan, build the "house" part of it out (honestly the fun part), and piece it together. I've done most of the hard work on the bus part of it, gutting it, getting it in working order, removing all of the rust and holes in the floor, painting it, and getting rid of all of the "school bus" stuff to make it fully legal as a conversion. I just simply no longer have the time to finish the project, life plans have changed and all that! Below I have listed all of the things I've done to it, known issues, and all the other things I've bought as a part of this "kit"!

~ 2009 International RE300
~ 84 Passenger
~ 6 Cylinder, 7.6L Maxxforce DT-466 Diesel Rear Engine
~ Allison 3000 Transmission
~ 123k Miles
~ HUGE Storage underneath!

~ What I've Done!
• Fully Gutted
• Floor has been patched, painted with a rust killer paint, and fully resealed (Leak Proof).
• Insulated Sub-Floor built in place.
• All windows have been removed, cleaned up, put back in place with brand new butyl tape, and fully sealed (Leak Proof).
> Some have been replaced with a sheet of metal for different floor plan designs. (For example, to allow for the back of the pantry or laundry room to not be seen from outside.)
• Every single seam on the floor, walls, and ceiling has been fully sealed (Leak Proof).
• Conjoined the two-halves of the door to make it one solid door and installed a key-locking door handle (I also have the matching deadbolt).
• Painted the Bus with a Gray Exterior Paint.
• Painted the Roof with a special White Marine Paint that helps keep the sun/heat off of it.
• Patched/Installed 3 Induction Fans where the roof Emergency Exits were and fully sealed those areas (Leak Proof).
• Mounted the Solar Panels onto the Roof.
• Rerouted ALL of the interior bus wiring to be "tucked" into the walls, as to not be in the way when putting up "house walls".
• Replaced a majority of the Fuses and even a Relay or two.
• Installed BRAND-NEW Batteries (There's 3 huge ones)!
• Rerouted all of the interior coolant hose to the outside/underside of the bus, again, as to not be in the way for interior "house things".
• Started to redesign the Dash, but this is kind of where I started to get busy with other life things and thought I should just leave it as is for whomever buys this thing to design it the way they want to.

~ Known Issues
• The Defrosters don't seem to want to work, probably a simple wiring fix, but I just haven't gotten around to it.
• Honestly, that's it! It otherwise runs perfectly well, all lights work, and it even has a decent amount of gas left in it!

~ The Full Kit!
• The Bus (obviously haha)
• Solar System (Panels are mounted on the Roof)
> 4x 370W Panels (All Black)
> Full System Kit from Battle Born including:
> 4x 100AH Batteries
> 3000 W Inverter
> MPPT 150/100 Charge Controller
> All the other odds and ends to make up the entire kit (this kit was going to be overkill for my build and I planned on having a high-end gaming PC setup in the bus, including all of the following appliances.. so it is MORE than sufficient for anything you'd want to do!)
• Induction Fans (Installed in the roof)
> 3x 12V 4500k MaxxFans (Black lids, automatically close when sensing rain)
• 12x Light Bar Pods (Mounts are installed, 4x Front Upper, 2x Front Bumper, 4x Rear Upper, 2x Side Security)
• Water Fill Port (Black/Installed in the rear side wall)
> Allows for both RV Park water hookup & gravity hose filling.
• 100 Gallon Fresh Water Tank
• 30 Gallon Gray Water Tank
• 3 GPM, 12V Electric Water Pump
• Water Level Monitoring System
• 1.6 GPM Tankless Hot Water Heater (Propane)
• 1.8 GPM Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Down Sprayer (Black)
• 33" Farmhouse Kitchen Sink (Black)
• 18" Mini Bathroom Sink w/ Faucet (Black)
• 1.8 GPM Rain Shower Kit (Black)
• Nature's Head Composting Toilet
• 22" 3-Burner Stove Top w/ Oven (Black/Propane/Piezo Starter)
• 1.1 cu ft, 950W Slim Microwave (Black)
• 5.6 cu ft, 12V Mini Fridge (Black)
• 1.57 cu ft, 110V All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combo (Black/Can be Vented or Ventless)
• Blink Outdoor Security System
• Quad View Backup Camera System
• Garmin RV GPS (Allows for inputting vehicle size and will adjust routes accordingly)
• De Leon Captain's Chair w/ 10" Swivel Base & Built-in Manual Pneumatic Lumbar Support (Decaf (Color)/Ultimate Leather)
• Custom Key Caps for the Push Buttons on the dash
• 10.5ft Telescoping Ladder (Just helps to get on the roof/access solar panels while on-the-go since it's easy to store)

~ I'm also willing to negotiate a price if let's say you wanted everything except the mini-fridge, ladder, and security system, or whatever it may be... I have prices for each item basically, but I'd definitely prefer just doing it all in one fell swoop! Also, keep in mind, I took probably a year thoroughly researching and then purchasing the absolute most optimized water/power efficient versions, while maintaining a stylish eye, of everything and it is all still brand new and in their boxes! So, this would save you A TON of time and money researching and ordering things while still giving you the freedom to design the layout of your Skoolie the way you want it! Literally the only thing I don't already own for this to be a 100% completed thing, is the mini-cubic fireplace!
