Have you considered listing it on the Facebook skoolie and tiny home groups?

You may find folks on the FB groups tend to have deeper pockets when it comes to purchasing a bus.

I sure hope that you find a buyer at your price point.

As per the description on Craigslist, there is actually a fair amount of insulation. I'm still trying to figure out the price point based on how much we paid for the bus and how much work and materials went into it.

I believe unless you are building for retail sale and sell it as new, you will never get your time, labor, and money back out of a used Skoolie. People will base your price against what they could do it themselves for.
The insulation issue will rise from having so many windows sucking heat out. Even at $28K, that's a steep ask.

That hasn't been our experience really. We're happy to be able to ventilate in the hot weather and our insulated shades keep the place fairly warm when it's cold. A huge plus is that it creates an open and airy feeling and makes the place seem bigger than its 200sf. I wouldn't discount a bus with windows.

Very steep indeed. It's like anything else, it's hard to get just what you have in it back out of it. Be prepared to sit on it a good while, might have better success with a impulse buyer come warmer weather....
